While I do not diminish the rest of the staff, I will provide an example of their exceptional service. I am prone to anxiety attacks, and on the day of my appointment, I experienced one just as Megan was about to begin. I shared my feelings with her, and instead of awkward silence, she displayed extreme empathy and remained calm. She even offered me her own bottled water she had brought for her lunch later that day and gave me a few minutes to take my medication and calm down.
